Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and actively promote and sell our pipes and valves products to developers, contractors, owners, and consultants. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to execute sales strategies, maintain good relationships with customers, and drive new business opportunities. Background in selling products in industrial sector is a bonus.
Develop and execute sales strategies to actively sell and promote our products to potential customers.
Strong follow-up skills to convert sales and ensure prompt payment from customers.
Manage customer base priorities and maintain a disciplined approach to harnessing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Represent the company in a professional manner, establishing and maintaining a corporate image.
Prepare and deliver presentations to explain product features and benefits.
Assist with coordination of product delivery to sites.
Participate in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company
Submit daily activity reports.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pipes and valves industry. A background in selling products in the industrial sector is a bonus.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is required for this position. Candidates who are also fluent in English will have an added advantage.
Must have excellent people skills, planning management skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally.
Preferably with basic grasp of technical understanding.
Excellent presentation skills.
Willing to be hands-on and positive learning attitude.
Team player mindset, able to work independently and get involved in the execution of principle sales strategies.
Must have prior experience in project sales.
